Returns Policy

At NovaBath we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a generous return period of 30 days.

Reflection period and return period

• You have a 14-day reflection period after receiving your order to return it without giving a reason.
• You then have an additional 16 days to return your product, stating the reason.

Please note: after the first 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse a return if no valid reason is given or if the product is returned used or damaged.

Refund

• If the return is correct, you will receive the full order amount, including any standard shipping costs, back.
• The return costs from your address to our warehouse are at your own expense.

Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

• The product must, if reasonably possible, be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
• A reduction in value may be applied if there are visible signs of use or damage.
